Preserve something like tomato passata, jam, horseradish or pickled vegetables (seasonal),  plant or pick something fresh from the vegetable garden/fruit trees (seasonal), pet horses over neighbouring property fences, try your luck for yabbies in the dam or just take it easy and breathe in the fresh air and tranquility.
