Q: Do you provide transfers from Melbourne city or the airport?
A: No, you would need to organise your own transfer or we can introduce you to a recommended company. We can arrange for a farm family to meet you at the nearest country train station if you require.
Q: What is the minimum number of guests on a farm?
A: For a single traveller we can arrange for a suitable farmstay, however for groups the minimum number of guests is 2. For large groups we suggest that 2–6 guests on each farm is better, with 4 guests being the preferred number.
Q: What happens if a guest becomes sick on a farm?
A: The farm family will contact us and we can arrange for medical assistance as soon as possible. We provide 24 hour assistance with the farm family and guests during the farmstay.
Q: What can I do if I am allergic to certain animals?
A: Please let us know and we will always endeavour to provide you with a suitable farmstay that will leave your experience allergy free.

Q: How soon can you provide the farm family list before the tour starts?
A: If it is a small group, we prefer to provide the list 1 month before the farmstay starts, but for large groups we can provide this list earlier.
